Yes we do that here in West Virginia. It really doesn't seem to matter the make of the bike but I have noticed that some of the GoldWing riders don't "wave" back, it could be the traffic or the size of the bike who knows. But as long as I ride I will greet others with a cheerful sign of some kind.Happy riding and be safe.
